Q1: What pixel pitches do you supply?
A: We supply P1.25, P1.53, P1.86, P2.5, P3, P3.91, P4.81, P5, P6, P8, P10, P16, P20, 
P31.25 etc.

Q2: Can you support custom size & design?
A: Yes. We provide full customization service, including custom dimension, shape, 
brightness, cabinet structure and installation solution. Send us your requirement 
for a drawing and quotation.

Q3: What certificates do you have?
A: Our LED displays are CE, FCC and RoHS certified, complying with European and American 
market standards.

Q4: What is the warranty period?
A: We offer 1-year warranty for the whole screen. Within warranty period, we provide 
free spare parts for defective components (excluding man-made damage, wrong operation 
and force majeure). Lifetime technical support is available.

Q5: Can I get sample?
A: LED module samples are available for quality testing, sample freight is on buyer's side.

Q7: What is your lead time?
A: Standard orders: 7–15 working days after deposit & drawing confirmation.
Custom & large projects: lead time upon separate quotation. Shipping transit time excluded.

Q8: What control system do you use?
A: We mainly adopt NovaStar/Colorlight/Huidu control system, which is stable and widely used. 
Other control systems are also available upon your request.

Q9: What is your MOQ?
A: We have no strict MOQ for standard LED modules and screens. We support sample orders for 
testing. For customized special-shaped LED displays, MOQ will be confirmed according to the 
solution.

Q10: How about payment terms?
A: Normally 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. Other payment terms 
can be negotiated for large projects.

Q11: Do you provide installation guidance?
A: Yes. We supply detailed installation manuals, wiring diagrams and online video guidance. 
We can also arrange on-site technical service for big projects at extra cost.
