Terms of Service

By sending inquiry and placing order with Evershine Display, you agree to the following terms.

Quotation: All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Price may change due 
to chip and raw material fluctuation.
Payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment for standard orders.
Specification: Buyer shall confirm all technical drawings, size, brightness, voltage before 
production.
Intellectual property: All customized drawings belong to both parties, cannot be resold to third 
parties.
Limitation of liability: We are not responsible for damage caused by wrong installation, wrong 
power supply, man-made damage.
