Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of LED display products, most orders are non-refundable once production 
starts.

1. Before production (deposit paid, production not started): You may cancel the order, the deposit 
will be refunded after negotiation.
2. After production and shipment: Refund is not acceptable unless quality issues confirmed by us.
3. For defective goods: We provide replacement parts or on-site technical guidance under warranty, 
instead of direct return.
4. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost if return is agreed.

Please confirm all specifications, size, pixel pitch and drawing before deposit.
