Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Origin
All goods ship from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

2. Shipping Zones & Lead Time
- South Korea: Standard 7-15 working days / Express 5-7 working days
- USA, Australia: 8-18 working days
- European Union: 7-16 working days
Delivery time is estimation only, not guaranteed.

3. Tax & Customs
All import VAT, duty, clearance cost, local handling fee at destination are buyer’s responsibility. For EU orders with IOSS, tax is collected at checkout. For Korea, buyer needs to provide valid PCCC clearance code for customs release.

4. Damaged / Lost Parcel
We will provide shipping insurance for most orders. If parcel lost or damaged in transit, buyer must submit photo/video proof within 3 working days after receiving package. We assist to claim from logistic carrier.

5. Shipping Address
Buyer must provide complete and accurate delivery address. Extra cost caused by wrong address or address modification will be borne by buyer.

6. Shipping method
Our company support shipping by express or shipping by air or shipping by sea.
