Terms of Service

By placing an order with EVERSHINE OPTO LIMITED, you agree to the following terms.

1. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in USD, excluding import duty, VAT, customs clearance fee and destination country tax. Payment must be completed before shipment.

2. Product Specification
We reserve the right to minor parameter upgrade without prior notice, which will not affect product performance. Sample photos are for reference only.

3. Delivery
Estimated shipping time is shown at checkout. Shipping delay caused by carrier, customs inspection, natural disaster is out of our control, we will not compensate for loss from delay.

4. Warranty
Standard LED modules carry 1 years factory warranty for manufacturing defect. Warranty does NOT cover damage from wrong voltage, wrong power supply, lightning strike, water ingress, improper installation, human damage. Warranty service only provides spare parts, no onsite service included.

5. Intellectual Property
All product design, PCB, firmware belong to EVERSHINE OPTO. Reselling, copying, reverse engineering is forbidden.

6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the law of China. Any dispute will be settled by negotiation first.
