Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
Standard LED modules in stock may be requested for return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Custom LED screens, customized firmware, customized cabinet size, GOB coated products are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE unless there is confirmed manufacturing defect from our side.

2. Product Condition
Returned goods must keep original packing, no scratch, no damage, no installation, all accessories complete. Any installed, cut, modified or burned product cannot be returned.

3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost, import tax, customs duty and related clearance fee. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for qualified stock returns.

4. Defective Items
For factory defective products confirmed by our technical team, we provide replacement parts or repair service. We do NOT cover onsite installation labor cost.

5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect returned goods, approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to original payment account.

6. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once goods are dispatched, cancellation request is not acceptable.
